RANDOM PICTURES AND THOUGHTS

It has been so long since I have blogged. Time just flies by and then I am reminded from Linda that its about time that I write a new blog. I still don't know how to put the pictures in order and then the comment so this post is going to probably be all over the place....

We use to go to Cold Stone at least twice a week. But lately, we have been going to Golden Spoon. I don't feel as guilty going to Golden Spoon being that its yogurt instead of ice-cream. But it is so delicious and so refreshing and everytime we go there it is so freakin busy. Its the same thing going to Cafe Rio because everyone is LDS. Its like a Family Reunion. Especially on Monday nights where everyone is going for Family Night. Its fun though!!

Easter was great! It was kind of strange because we usually spend it with family but this year my parents went out of town and we usually go to their house for dinner and hang out. My brother lives here in town but neither one of us called to invite the other over for dinner, so it felt like a regular Sunday. The only picture I took was of Ron and Adisynn before they left for church. Ron has to be to church 15-20 minutes early for no reason other than he doesn't like to be late and then Berlynn and I stroll in barely in time before it starts. We did the dying of eggs and hiding the eggs and Easter baskets which I make one for everyone each year. As I was putting them out this year I was putting them where every one likes to sit and Berlynn was watching me and when it came to my chair I said, "Ok, and mine will go right here in the rocking chair." Well, that caught Berlynns attention because no one gets one for me. We just started laughing. It was like 1:00 a.m. and we were both a little goofy. I was just giving her a hard time because its the same thing for Christmas too. Everyone gets a stocking filled but me. Its pretty comical!:)

Adisynn spends alot of time in the backyard driving her car around. She will sometimes put her dolls in with her or try to smoosh the dog in but she wanted me to take her picture and lately she seems to think she need to make funny faces because she says it makes her look cute... Ok, whatever!!!! Funny girl!

Adisynn loves to play the piano for us. It always seems to be right in the middle of a program that we are watching and she starts pounding on the piano. I guess its because she has every ones attention. We listen for awhile and then we've had it and cut her off or she will go on forever. She makes up songs or she sings the First Article of Faith or Frosty the Snowman or Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer over and over and over....Poor kid, all she has is a bunch of old farts sitting around to play with and the dog (Dax) who takes alot of crap from her. Thank goodness for DAX!

ABIGAIL ARTHA HAS ARRIVED

My brother Ken and his wife Jenny had their baby Sunday, March 9. We went to my parents house last night for dinner and was able to see and hold Abigail. She was released from the hospital Thursday because of some complication but she is doing great now. She is so sweet and so tiny. We are so glad she is here safe and sound.
Linda has been bugging me to post some pictures of her so they can see her. So here are just a few. The other picture is my brother Ken and their 1 year old Ella and then Adisynn and Abigail.

CALIFORNIA GIRLS TRIP

Our trip was fabulous!! We had such a good time and we hated to have to come back to the REAL world. Counting down already till next year. 347 days to be exact. This picture is of Kathleen. We have been friends for 28 years. Her and I started this trip about 15 years ago and slowly added more people. Every year she has some funny get-up ready when we pick up the girls from the airport. She will start honking her horn and yelling out the window and totally embarasses Linda and Laura. This year was no different. She had her bubba teeth and her special glasses all ready for the big arrival and kick off to start the weekend. If she didn't go I swear it would not be a fun trip. She has us in stitches all the time. At the hotel her and I got onto the elevator first and was waiting for the others to come up. She hid in the hallway and as soon as they turned the corner she jumped out and yell, "BOO, I scared you, I think you pooped your pants." Well, come to find out it wasn't them, it was some young girl that was staying on our floor that was with a group from high schools of 3000 kids that were there for the debate team compitition. That girl was so scared that I really do think she did poop her pants!!!

We went to the garment district in LA. That was a trip in itself. Debbie, comes down here alot and purchases purses and walets and sunglasses and takes them back to Boise, Idaho and sells them. We made alot of purchases between the 6 of us. We had to pay .50 cents to use the bathroom. They had a sweet little business going on there. We were very willing to pay the .50 cents since we had to go so stinkin bad.

Here is my two sisters. They are 8 and 9 years younger than me, but we have such a good time together. Linda finally found her geans. You can't really see them very well in this picture, but HALLELUJAH!!!! We found her geans and we found SPRINKLES!!!!! You can check out more pictures and more about the trip on her blog. LINDA, on my side bar.

TRIP TO THE DENTIST

Adisynn had a visit with the dentist today. Poor thing ,she had a root canal, and 2 fillings. She did awesome!!! She slept the whole time and even came home and slept the rest of the afternoon. I think I need an open prescription for that medication. Not for her, but for me!! Both my girls and myself had terrible teeth. Berlynn had her 4 front teeth capped when she was 2 and I had my 4 front teeth pulled and the 2 eye teeth capped silver. Yah not very attractive!!!

Good thing she slept all day so I can get some stuff done for our girls trip tomorrow. Yay....can hardly wait. I don't know what it is but every time I leave town I feel like I have to have everything perfect. My house cleaned, clothes washed and ironed for everyone, car washed and I'm not even driving, grocery shopping, bills payed and butt loads of other stuff that won't even make a difference. My Mother was the same way and she would always say that if anything happens then at least the house would be cleaned if the Relief Sociey had to come in. Well, its 11:44 and I still have lots to do before I can go to bed. Will report when I get back. :)
